1. Mission
Our mission is to assist multicultural companies in taking advantage
of the diversity of cultures in their respective surroundings. We are neither management
trainers nor business consultants. Our focus is on people and work groups. We want them to
work effectively, overcome cultural barriers, and maximise their contribution to the
benefit of the company.
2. Objectives
- Realisation of visions and objectives the merging companies have
defined with regard to people management and leadership
- Detecting and using synergies
- Keeping the key personnel within the company
- Motivation of employees and avoiding rumours, insecurity etc.
